Grading and Paving Equipment Operators

Specialty Paving & Grading, LLC is a reputable construction company specializing in Grading and Paving roadways, parking lots, and driveways throughout central and northern Arizona . With a strong commitment to quality, safety, and excellence, we take pride in delivering outstanding results to our clients.

We are currently seeking an experienced Operators to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience operating grading equipment for roadways, parking lots, and driveways to prepare surfaces for asphalt and to pave for asphalt. .

Equipment Experience Required:

Scraper
Blade
Grade Tractor/Gannon
Steel Wheel Roller/Finish Roller

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform grading activities, including fine grading, excavation, and slope stabilization
- Operate equipment efficiently and safely
- Prepare surfaces to meet required specifications for asphalt paving
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and grading specifications
-Layout jobs, shoot grades, coordinate trucks, and manage crew operations

Requirements:

5-10 years of experience in the construction industry (grading & equipment operation)
Strong knowledge of materials, and equipment
Ability to read and interpret site plans and grading specifications
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
