HVAC Service Tech - Sacramento, CA

Pay: $75,000.00-85,000.00 base plus commission

Earning potential over $90K/year based on performance

• Diagnose and address residential customers HVAC concerns and present options to customers
• Successfully perform all service repairs at a high proficiency level to customers satisfaction.
• Understand and follow proper diagnostic procedures when servicing and repairing equipment
• Completes all required documentation on services, explains guarantees/warranties and collects, records and delivers fees to the office
• Attend weekly training meetings

What You Need:

• 3 years of residential HVAC experience
• EPA certification (or ability to obtain)
• Valid drivers license & clean driving record
• Must pass background and drug screening
• Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lifting heavy equipment
