Job Duties & Qualifications:

• Degree in mechanical engineering or related.
• Prepare as-builts and submittals for engineers.
• Prepare and submit requests RFIs to engineering department.
• Schedule and manage of workforce for subcontractors to ensure project is complete.
• CAD experience a plus.
• On-site visits to review compliance with contract documents.
• Team player with good communication skills.
