Facility Maintenance Technician (Handyman) Needed Full Time

My company does commercial facilities maintenance and construction for commercial facilities throughout New Jersey. I am looking for a technician that can handle trades including door repairs, flooring, carpentry, light plumbing, light electrical, painting, etc. MUST have a clean/valid driver's license and your own tools. I am looking for someone who is driven and wants to work. This work may include nights and weekends occasionally.

Requirements:
Able to speak and read/write in English
Clean/valid driver's license
Experience in building trades
Own your own tools
Own a smart phone that can download our apps
