Electrical Engineer

seeking two Electrical Engineers to support our material handling equipment and electrical panel design efforts. These contract roles are designed to fill immediate gaps in our engineering team due to increased workload and recent staff transitions. Ideal candidates will work closely with existing engineers, contributing to project execution while gaining exposure to ***'s systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
Specify, design, and test material handling equipment and electrical panels for warehouse applications
Use AutoCAD and AutoCAD Electrical to create and modify electrical schematics and assembly drawings
Apply principles and techniques of electrical engineering to develop and improve industrial control systems
Assist in the creation of bills of materials (BOMs) and ensure accurate documentation of electrical components
Collaborate with senior engineers as a technical support resource and grow into an independent contributor
Follow established engineering guidelines and report to a local manager for day-to-day direction

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering field (2-year degree with strong experience also considered)
3 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Proficiency in AutoCAD and AutoCAD Electrical
Familiarity with industrial control systems and electrical component identification
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with Oracle is a plus

Work Environment
Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
Standard hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, MondayFriday, with some flexibility based on team needs
Collaborative team environment with mentorship opportunities

This role is part of a strategic effort to maintain productivity during a transition period
