Experience
Previous experience in a labor or helper role is preferred but not mandatory; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks consistently.
Familiarity with basic tools and equipment is an advantage.
Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team setting.
