Handyman Position Luxury High-Rise Condominium (Midtown East)

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Handyman to join our team at a Class A 32BJ luxury condominium in Midtown East.

Position Details:

Hourly Rate: $32.60/hour (Union scale wage)

Additional Compensation: Potential for resident tips & annual performance related bonus

Requirements:
Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in at least one of the following trades:

Plumbing

Heating

Electrical

HVAC

Painting and Plastering

Selected applicants will be required to complete both written and hands-on practical tests to assess skills accurately. Please be honest about your qualifications.

Additional Qualifications:

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Strong communication skills (you will interact with residents, contractors, and staff)

Ability to read, write, and use a computer

Familiarity with BuildingLink or similar work order systems is a plus

Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs

Willingness to be on call for emergencies

Shift:

Tuesday through Saturday, 3:00 PM 11:00 PM

Days off: Sunday and Monday
