Were looking for a hardworking and reliable Roofing Helper to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn the trade and grow within the roofing industry. Youll assist our experienced roofers with job site preparation, tear-offs, material handling, and basic installation tasks.
Responsibilities:
Assist with removing old roofing materials
Carry and load materials such as shingles, nails, and tools
Clean up and maintain a safe, organized job site
Follow directions from crew leaders and supervisors
Use basic hand and power tools
Help set up ladders, scaffolding, and safety gear
Perform other general labor as needed
Requirements:
Must be physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs regularly
Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Prior roofing or construction experience is a plus but not required
Must follow safety guidelines and procedures
