Job Description
  • We are seeking an experienced Revit Drafter to develop detailed architectural drawings and documentation using Revit.
  • The role involves collaborating with project architects and MEP designers/engineers to translate design concepts into accurate construction documents.
  • The ideal candidate will coordinate with consultants and other disciplines to ensure integrated and cohesive drawings, revise drawings based on feedback and redlines from project leads, and manage and organize Revit models and associated files efficiently.
  • The candidate will participate in virtual team meetings and communicate effectively in a remote work environment, focusing on interior elevations, roof drawings, and building section details.
  • A background in healthcare or commercial space is preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed architectural drawings and documentation using Revit.
  • Collaborate with project architects and MEP designers/engineers to translate design concepts into accurate construction documents.
  • Coordinate with consultants and other disciplines to ensure integrated and cohesive drawings.
  • Revise drawings based on feedback and redlines from project leads.
  • Manage and organize Revit models and associated files efficiently.
  • Participate in virtual team meetings and communicate effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Understand and work on sheets/drawings with precision.
  • Focus on interior elevations, roof drawings, and building section details.
Essential Skills
  • Proficiency in Revit with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
  • Architectural Degree or related field.
  • Experience working on healthcare or complex building projects.
  • Solid understanding of architectural documentation standards.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
  • Capability to estimate time required for tasks accurately.
  • Experience in healthcare or commercial space design.
Work Environment
  • This is a fully remote position with interactions 2-3 times a week via virtual meetings.
  • Candidates residing near NYC have the option to drive to the office for visits related to healthcare projects.
  • The work schedule aligns with the EST time zone, seeking candidates living on EST.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.05 - $40.00/hr.
