We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tile Setter with 5 years minimum to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing various types of tiles, including ceramic, porcelain, and stone, in both residential and commercial settings. As a Tile Setter, you will be responsible for ensuring that all tile installations are completed to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities
Measure and cut tiles to fit specific areas, ensuring precise alignment and spacing.
Prepare surfaces for tile installation by cleaning, leveling, and applying necessary adhesives.
Install tiles on floors, walls, and other surfaces according to design specifications and blueprints.
Grout tiles and ensure proper sealing to prevent moisture damage.
Collaborate with other construction professionals to coordinate project timelines and requirements.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition to ensure safety and efficiency on the job site.
Perform repairs or replacements of existing tile installations as needed.

Skills
Experience with power tools and hand tools essential for tile setting.
Knowledge of drywall installation techniques is a plus.
Strong skills in blueprint reading to accurately interpret project plans.
A background as a carpenter can enhance your qualifications for this role.
