Cabinet Shop Associate Starting at $22/hour (Pay Based on Experience) | Sanford, FL

Key Responsibilities

• Operate woodworking machinery, saws, and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble components.

• Perform precision work on wood trimming and finishing.

• Read and interpret production drawings or work orders.

• Maintain tools and equipment in safe, working condition.

• Ensure quality standards are met on all projects.

• Work safely and efficiently in a team-oriented shop environment.

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in woodworking, cabinetry, or carpentry.

• Skilled in using saws, power tools, and hand tools.

• Knowledge of trim work and finishing techniques.

• Ability to work independently and with a team.

• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
