Superintendent

We are well-established property management company seeking a full-time live-in superintendent for four residential buildings in Manhattan. Youll be the first line of defense when it comes to keeping our properties in top shape and our residents happy. Applicants must have prior experience in a similar superintendent role.
What youll do:
Oversee daily building operations and respond quickly to maintenance issues
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and general construction problems
Supervise and coordinate with a porter to maintain cleanliness and safety
Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and management
What were looking for:
Previous superintendent or building maintenance experience (required)
Strong skills in plumbing, electrical systems, and general building repairs
Reliable, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks at once
Leadership ability to manage staff and maintain high standards
