Production Worker/Laborer (Made in Kentucky)

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Worker/Laborer to join their team. As a Production Worker/Laborer, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting essential production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Job Title: Production Worker/Laborer
• Location: Wurtland, KY
• Pay Range: 14.14 + Production Bonus

What's the Job?

• Perform physical labor including heavy lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 60 lbs (assisted) frequently.
• Stand, walk, and balance constantly for 12 hours per day.
• Crouch and bend frequently while performing tasks.
• Operate forklifts and powered/non-powered hand tools safely.
• Maintain personal safety in a busy industrial environment while adhering to safety protocols.

What's Needed?

• Must be able to pass a background check and a 10-panel oral drug screen.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work night, swing, or day shifts up to 12 hours per day.
• Willingness to work overtime as required based on production demands.
• Must use personal protective equipment (PPE) as per assigned job tasks.
