Commercial Contractor looking to hire 2-3 experienced plumbers to work in Miami/Coral Gables area on various commercial jobs.
Responsibilities;
1. Install piping, mostly copper pipe and CPVC. Must be able to braze and pro-press piping. pressure test and verify for leaks.
2. Understand how to perform take-off, make field modification or offsets as needed.
3. Be able to work with other trades (electrician, HVAC etc.) and coordinate work above ceilings.
4. be able to sit, stand, crawl as well as lift 50lbs.
5. Must have own tools and transportation. Specialty tools will be provided as needed.
Minimum Requirements;
1. Minimum 1 year experience.
2. Have all tools required
3. Reliable transportation
4. Must use hands, fingers, arms and legs fully; kneel, crouch and crawl; climb and balance on ladders and scaffolds; climb stairs, reach overhead, push, pull, lift and stoop.
