Civil Construction Superintendent

Were hiring a Civil Construction Superintendent to lead field crews on heavy civil and utility projects. Youll manage crew assignments, keep projects on schedule, track materials/equipment, coordinate with leadership, and adapt plans as conditions changeall while making safety your top priority.
What Youll Do:
Direct daily crew activities & sequencing
Track man hours, equipment hours, materials and subs for change orders
Coordinate with leadership, engineers & subcontractors
Track deliveries & adjust schedules for weather/supply issues
Read and interpret construction plans
Oversee safety and quality on-site
What You Bring:
Experience supervising civil construction crews (utility installation preferred)
Ability to read plans & manage schedules
Strong communication, leadership & computer skills
Knowledge of the material submittal process
OSHA safety training a plus
