We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, with expertise in project scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. This role requires effective leadership and communication skills to ensure that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
With bags on, perform mostly residential remodeling services.
Manage project schedules using a software of your choice.
Oversee budgeting processes, including cost estimation and financial tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth operations and resolve any issues that arise.
Review blueprints and schematics to ensure accuracy in project execution and adherence to design specifications.
Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship and safety on-site.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential risks, and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
Provide training and supervision to site personnel, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Requirements
Proven experience in construction management with a strong understanding of project scheduling and budgeting.
Be in at least fair physical condition and able to swing a hammer, lift heavy beams, and get with it leading crews all day. You must love hard work to be successful at this job.
Familiarity with contracts related to construction projects and the ability to manage contractual obligations effectively.
Strong background in construction site experience with hands-on knowledge of quality control processes.
Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high safety standards.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to ensuring a safe work environment for all employees.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents accurately.

Most work is from CDA to Bonners Ferry.
