What You'll Do

  • Drive Snowflake pipeline creation, sales and revenue growth across Financial Services, Eastern US, and EMEA.
  • Develop and align account lists to target growth in top Slalom markets.
  • Create and execute joint account strategies with partners, including playbooks for effective account planning to generate pipeline creation.
  • Foster strong relationships with Data & AI industry leaders, sales teams, and partner teams that create revenue impacting outcomes.
  • Develop repeatable solutions, accelerators, and workshops, and formulate joint GTM strategies that convert to pipeline creation.
  • Articulate Slalom's industry value proposition, incorporating Snowflake elements, and develop industry-specific content.
  • Foster internal alignment and activation through newsletters, community-building calls, and team engagement.
  • Drive revenue growth for the segment in partnership with account teams and Snowflake sales teams.
  • Serve as the key interface for navigating Snowflake, including their organization & partner programs.

What You'll Bring

  • Strategic thinking with a proven track record of growing strategic partnerships.
  • Prior experience working with Snowflake and/or FSI industry in a similar role is preferred. Added bonus if you have existing relationships with the Snowflake FSI team.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with industry leaders, practitioners, and sales teams.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in developing and executing strategic plans that drive growth and revenue.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of creating compelling content and delivering impactful presentations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the targeted base salary pay range is $113,000 to $181,000 for Manager and the targeted base salary range is $134,000 to $215,000 for Sr. Manager In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
