Estimator - Homebuilding

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Estimator to join our growing homebuilding team. This is a brand-new role you'll be the first team member fully dedicated to estimating, reporting directly to our Senior Purchasing Manager.

What You'll Do

Serve as the primary contact for trades and vendors on estimating matters

Prepare takeoffs, send initial bid requests, and decide on bid awards

Partner closely with purchasing and vendors to build and maintain our purchasing database

Support an all-hands environment where collaboration is key and roles evolve with growth

What We're Looking For

Residential construction experience required

Comfortable working at a faster pace with higher purchase order volume

Strong takeoff experience and willingness to be in the details

Adaptable mindset ready to work across categories in a collaborative environment
