We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented New Construction Project Coordinator to oversee multiple construction projects from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities The New Construction Project Coordinator will manage and oversee construction projects for several franchise brands, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Key responsibilities include: Project Oversight Manage new construction projects for multiple franchise brands, including: Marco's Pizza Dave's Hot Chicken Pop Up Bagels Sandbox VR _Additional franchise concepts as they are added_ Coordinate all phases of the construction process, from pre-construction planning to final inspections and project closeouts. Stakeholder Collaboration Act as the primary point of contact for franchises, contractors, vendors, and internal teams. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other consultants to ensure designs meet brand standards and regulatory requirements. Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and address any concerns promptly. Budgeting and Scheduling Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost controls are in place. Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met. Compliance and Quality Control Ensure all construction activities comply with local codes, safety standards, and franchise specifications. Problem-Solving and Issue Resolution Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Resolve construction-related issues effectively and efficiently. Qualifications and Skills Experience: 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in franchise or multi-site projects. Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred). Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in project management software (eg, Asana), construction management software (eg, Procore, Buildertrend), and Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Location Requirement: Candidates must reside in the Brandon, Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Lakeland, or Tampa, FL areas . Applicants outside these areas will not be considered.
