Established South Florida Land Surveying Firm searching for an in office Full-Time Survey Cad Technician. Our firm operates in all phases of Construction, Boundary and Topographic Surveying. Survey CAD Technician duties and responsibilities: -Prepare ALTA, Boundary and Topographic Surveys. -Prepare As-built Surveys, Legal Descriptions and Site Plans. -Perform Deed Research and Plotting Benefits include Health Insurance, Life Insurance and 401k Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $15.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: AutoCAD: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
