Our firm provides design-build, value engineering services, general construction, construction management and pre-construction consulting throughout Florida. Full-time, Daytona Beach, Florida Commercial General Contractor looking for experienced full-time project manager. Project locations vary. We primarily service the Daytona, Jacksonville, Orlando-Tampa areas. DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO: Responsible for multiple projects being completed on time, within budget and to contract. Monitor field supervision by directives, inspections, meetings and reviews. Make recommendations to management regarding proposed and existing projects. RESPONSIBILITIES: Preconstruction Planning and Scheduling Procurement Project Management Shop Drawing Review Design Deficiencies Change Orders Cost Control Process Invoices from the Subcontractor Invoice Client on a Monthly Basis Tracking Production Control Produce and Update Project Schedule to Client Quality Control Project Closeout Safety and Loss Prevention Inspection Payment, Negotiation and Claim Provide support for Field Superintendent as required Additional Duties Must be proficient with MS Office Suite, MS Project.
