Finish Carpenter / Multi-Trade High-End Detail Work

We are seeking a skilled, detail-focused Finish Carpenter who can also handle a variety of trades. This is not just trim work, we work on high-end residential and coastal projects where perfection matters.

Requirements:
Reliable transportation (must get to job sites on time)

Own basic hand tools (power tools a plus)

Solid experience in finish carpentry and related trades

Ability to work across multiple trades (carpentry, light drywall, minor flooring, etc.)

Keen eye for detail and pride in craftsmanship

Willingness to learn and grow, please no know-it-alls

Able to work efficiently without sacrificing quality

About the Work:
We work throughout Lee County and on the islands (Sanibel, Captiva, Fort Myers Beach) This means youll need to be dependable and comfortable working in different environments.
