Were seeking a visionary Licensed Architect to join our Charlotte office and lead transformative projects within our Workplace and Higher Education markets. As a Senior Project Architect , youll guide complex projects from concept through construction, mentor emerging talent, and collaborate with clients who are redefining the future of learning and work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple complex projects from design through construction, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
  • Manage clients, consultants, and internal teams with confidence and clarity.
  • Use operational tools for workload forecasting, resource planning, and team development.
  • Produce project documents that meet client, regulatory, and industry standards.
  • Mentor and coach staff, identifying and cultivating future leaders.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, managing expectations and delivering value.
  • Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure profitability and performance.
  • Foster collaboration across disciplines and teams, both internally and externally.
  • Champion a workplace culture aligned with the firms Collective Ambition .
Required Qualifications
  • Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution (preferred)
  • Licensed Architect with 10+ years of experience
  • Proven success in project management and staff leadership
  • Expertise in Revit and advanced design technologies (SketchUp, Rhino)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with higher education projects and clients is highly desired
  • A proactive mindset and drive to achieve

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $140000.00/yr.

PTO, Vacation days typically 15+ per year depending on tenure, offer healthcare, vision, dental and 401k contribution
