DESCRIPTION:

The Project Coordinator provides information and support to the project teams to ensure project compliance with plans, codes, specifications and objectives. Perform all essential functions and responsibilities in conjunction with the companys values and beliefs in alignment with Fisks policies so that the construction process is completed to the clients full satisfaction and at the Companys expected levels of safety, quality, and profitability.

As a Project Coordinator at Fisk Electric, reporting to the Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Assist with development of startup checklist and site logistics plan

  • Assist with the development of quality control plan and continue Customer Interface

  • Assist with and monitor permit processes

  • Assist with the reparation of closeout log

  • Assist with submittal packages, equipment installations, material ordering and reporting as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school Diploma or GED required

  • Previous experience supporting construction project teams

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
