What You'll Do
- Coordinate with designers, owners, and field teams
- Manage RFIs, submittals, and subcontractors
- Support jobsite supervisors with technical insight
- Track quality control, materials, and change orders
- Assist with estimates and monitor progress
What You Bring
- Bachelors (or in progress) in Construction Mgmt or Engineering
- Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD/Revit a plus
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with LEAN/BIM methods is a bonus
