Keys to Success:

• Plan, provide design guidance, and manage technical delivery of a variety of civil engineering projects.
• Communicate with clients regarding current projects and collaborate with project managers and our business development team to identify and position the firm to successfully win future work.
• Effectively direct and support technical staff to deliver projects.
• Assist project managers to prepare and manage project scope, budget, and schedule and prepare deliverables.
• Assist with business development efforts to cultivate strong client relationships.

Qualifications:

• Registered PE in the states of Washington and/or Oregon
• 5+ years of public works transportation and/or utilities experience.
• Experience mentoring engineers and design technicians
• Previous experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D required
• Experience preparing WSDOT and/or ODOT based specifications and opinions of probable construction cost.
• Business development experience and/or interest in helping to drive client relationships and new work with existing and new clients

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are based on candidate experience and qualifications, as well as various market and business considerations.

The wage range for this position is $105,000-$125,000 per year, depending on experience

Full time employees receive a well rounded benefit package including access to our company sponsored Medical (including an HSA High Deductible option), Dental, Vision, FSA, and Supplemental Life Insurance plans. We also offer 100% company paid Life Insurance, Short Term Disability, and Long Term Disability coverage. Employees are eligible to participate in our companys 401(k) plan with up to a 4% match. Additionally, employees also receive paid vacation time, paid sick time, and 11 paid holidays. MacKay Sposito pays for expenses associated with licensure as well as annual profit sharing bonuses.
