Responsibilities:

Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracyDiagnoses cause of any malfunction and performs repair.Communicates with the floor lead / supervisor to obtain parts neededExamines assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service work isrequired or recommended.Diagnoses, Maintains, and Repairs all Vehicle Systems Including Engine,Transmission, Electrical Steering, Suspension, Brakes, Climate, Computer, andElectronicsDocuments all work performed and recommended on the repair order.Road tests vehicles when required.Knowledge in all Aspects of Automotive Repair and MaintenanceAbility to Learn New Technology and ProceduresAbility to Operate Electronic Diagnostic EquipmentFast Learner with a Problem-Solving AttitudeSuccessful applicants must provide their own toolsKeeps shop area neat and cleanOther duties as assignedPosition works on class 3-8 vehicles, air brake systems, electrical andhydraulic systems

Requirements:

Valid Driver License5+ years of experience preferredHigh School Diploma/GED or equivalentGood communication skills and the ability to work with others - Verbal andwrittenMust be self-motivated and able to work with a teamBasic computer skillsClass B CDL is preferredBi-lingual would be preferred
