The Shop Role

We're looking for someone to join our team to help make our shop operations go as smooth as possible. We're looking for someone quick on their feet, can help solve problems, and make things happen!

Our install and project management teams rely heavily on our shop crews to ensure all of our jobs are ready to go when the time comes. Including staging the job pack, any pre-fab, welding or extra prep that we can do to set our crews up for a successful install.

In this Job, You Will...

• Stage and organize job packs for the crews
• Receive material/unload delivery trucks
• Welding gates, prefab for jobs
• Operate a forklift
• Load and unload crew trucks

Why might you NOT like this position?

• You will be working in the elements. (Hot sun, or cold rain)
• This work is hard. You will have to lift thousands of pounds of material.
• You might be asked to stay late, to "make things happen" for the crews.
• If you like to moan and groan, we probably won't get along

Compensation

Wages are based on performance and also on the influence you have on others. The more value you bring, the more you make!

We have $20 - $40 an hour budgeted for this position, depending on experience and background.
