Job Description: As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for reading blueprints, measuring, installing, choosing the right products and tools, problem-solving, and following company policies and procedures to ensure the quality of each home. You must also maintain effective communication with co-workers and management. The quality of your work is essential at all times.
Experience and Requirements:
A minimum of 1 year as a Construction Laborer, Roofer, or Framer.
Highly motivated, self-starter who takes pride in their work.
Loves working on a team, but can work independently when needed.
Knowledge of proper building practices and codes.
We offer weekdays (Monday thru Friday), 8-hour shifts, and full-time hours.
