Must have own Hopper ! Painting , interior /exterior must have own sprayer, brushes , rollers etc. cut straight lines and avoid overspray. MUST HAVE ALL TOOLS REQUIRED to do the job and be reliable . The more you know puts you ahead of the rest. All of the homes are empty. Flexible on hours for the right person but prefer daytime. Like 8-4 or 9-5. Must have own vehicle prefer u have a pickup truck! Not sharing vehicle, Not being dropped off! Starting pay is $25 hourly then once you have proved your experience can switch to piece work. Excellent opportunity for growth and running your own crews but right now you will be part of the crew i am building now to handle palm beach area Boca to Port St. Lucie . We have licensed GC,s, electricians , plumbers , roofers etc. anything to do with real estate we have covered.
