With a strong pipeline of state, county, and commercial work, you'll lead from the field and be trusted to run projects your waybacked by a supportive team of 40 professionals. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Underground Construction Superintendent/Foreman position include: Minimum 5 years of experience in underground construction and utility installation (water, sewer, storm). Read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and job specs. Lead and manage multiple job sites, ensuring safety, quality, and budget goals are met. Supervise crews in trenching, grading, backfilling, and utility installationno paving experience needed. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, inspectors, and internal leadership. Ensure OSHA safety compliance and job site hazard mitigation daily. Track daily progress and report back to leadership. Strong ability to lead by example, motivate teams, and manage equipment onsite. Salary: $30.00 - $42.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
