What Were Looking For:
Experience: 6 months2 years of exterior construction, roofing, carpentry, or gutter installation experience preferred. (Willing to train candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn!)

Skills: Comfortable with hand tools, ladders, and working outdoors in all weather.

Requirements:

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

18+ years old

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-player mindset

Bonus: Previous gutter installation experience, ladder safety training, or OSHA certification.

What Youll Do:
Install and service seamless gutters, gutter guards, and downspouts.

Work on a variety of residential homes throughout Sonoma County.

Safely and efficiently use ladders and tools to complete projects.

Collaborate with a team that values professionalism, honesty, and customer care.
