The Cranial and Spinal Technologies contracting team is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Aible Contract Manager to lead the execution of our Aible contracting strategy, including the innovative UNiD platform and other related software and data-driven technologies and services. In this position, you will take direct ownership of much of the work required to achieve program objectives, while collaborating with a variety of cross-functional teams. Expertise in contracting, particularly related to data and software offerings, is essential. This role is critical in driving alignment across teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring the successful delivery of contracting initiatives that support product launches and broader business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a proven ability to manage complex programs, foster collaborative partnerships, and deliver impactful, measurable results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Lead the end-to-end execution of the Aible contracts and contracting strategy - working closely with internal and external customers (hospitals, IDNs, ASCs and GPOs).
Drive and execute contracting efforts for product launches and adoption, defining, building and managing platforms for tracking key performance metrics, and delivering actionable insights and updates to leadership.
Drive accountability and alignment across sales, marketing, contracting, legal, and other business teams to improve processes, foster alignment, and ensure smooth program execution.
Demonstrates expertise in PHI data management and software contracts, including the ability to articulate its intended use in business processes, ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain a playbook and customer-facing communication to effectively articulate our Aible ecosystem vision to customer contracting, IT and legal stakeholders, while directly supporting customer calls with strong product-specific knowledge and expertise.
Proficiency in Smarthsheet, Salesforce and PowerBi required.
Ability to travel domestically 10%
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Bachelors degree required
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience.
Nice to Have
Masters degree
7 or more years experience in Medical Device Software/Service contracting and a Program leadership role
Project management experience
Experience with influence management and working across multi-functional teams.
Medtronic Experience - preferably in the Cranial Spine Technologies businesses
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal functional representatives

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$117,600.00 - $176,400.00
This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance, Health Savings Account, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Life insurance, Long-term disability leave, Dependent daycare spending account, Tuition assistance/reimbursement, and Simple Steps (global well-being program).
