Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring HVAC Mechanics for various projects in the Pensacola, FL area. This role will focus on troubleshooting and commercial servicing of HVAC systems. We're seeking skilled, dependable mechanics who can work independently and handle a wide range of HVAC service needs.

Work Scope Includes:

• Troubleshooting and diagnosing commercial HVAC system issues

• Performing repairs, maintenance, and service on various equipment

• Servicing rooftop units, heat pumps, and other commercial systems

• Coordinating with team members and clients to ensure timely service

• Following safety procedures and job site protocols

Requirements:

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience preferred

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Must have own tools and full PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, vest, steel-toe boots)

• EPA Universal Certification preferred

• Reliable transportation

• OSHA 10 preferred (certification assistance available)
