Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring HVAC Mechanics for projects in Cleveland, OH. Candidates will be traveling to different job sites within a 30-mile radius of the shop. We're seeking helper to mid-level HVAC mechanics who are dependable, motivated, and ready to assist with various installation and service tasks.

Work Scope Includes:

• Assisting with installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems

• Working on commercial and light industrial job sites

• Supporting senior mechanics with duct installation, unit placement, and connections

• Loading, unloading, and transporting tools and materials between job sites

• Following all OSHA safety standards and site-specific protocols

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of HVAC experience preferred (helper to mid-level)

• Willingness to travel to multiple job sites daily (within 30 miles of shop)

• Must have own hand tools and full PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, vest, steel-toe boots)

• Reliable transportation

• OSHA 10 preferred (certification assistance available)
