Ames Construction is seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Foreman to lead on-site plumbing operations for commercial construction projects. You'll be the go-to person on-sitemanaging crews, ensuring quality installations, and keeping projects on track and up to code. What You'll Do Lead and supervise plumbing crews on commercial job sites Interpret blueprints and oversee accurate system installations Coordinate with supervisors, trades, and stakeholders Maintain schedules, safety standards, and quality control Mentor junior team members and foster a strong team culture Ensure proper documentation and material tracking Act as the on-site point of contact for all plumbing tasks What We're Looking For 5-10 years in commercial plumbing Journeyman or Master Plumber certification (required) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specs Knowledge of construction safety standards (OSHA 10 preferred) Valid driver's license with a clean record Why Join Ames Construction?
