Cold Header Operator

Cold Header Operator Job Description We are seeking a Cold Header Operator who will undergo training with a mentor for up to six months, depending on progression. This role involves setting up and operating cold heading or threading equipment, inspecting parts, verifying dimensional data, maintaining scheduled deliveries, reading and interpreting blueprints, and overseeing all aspects of machine operations from setup to execution. Responsibilities Set up and operate cold heading or threading equipment. Inspect parts and verify dimensional data. Maintain scheduled deliveries. Read and interpret blueprints. Maintain tools and all aspects of machine operations from setup to execution. Essential Skills 1+ years of experience in cold head/roll thread operation. 2+ years of experience using micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Proficiency with hand and power tools. Proficient in mechanical inspection and tooling associated with cold heading or threading machines. Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Capability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate core values such as ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork. Physical ability to lift, slide, carry, and lower packages weighing between 25lbs to 100lbs.
