Painter Job Description We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team, focused on delivering quality painting services that meet customer expectations. This role involves completing painting documentation, moving painted parts to the next stage, and suggesting improvements to our painting procedures. Responsibilities Paint according to customer expectations. Complete required paint documentation including VOC log and check sheets. Move painted parts to the next process verifying they meet specifications. Recommend improvements to paint procedures. Complete assigned Lean initiatives including 5S activities. Troubleshoot problems, identify and communicate discrepancies. Essential Skills 2+ years of experience in auto paint and body, or industrial manufacturing painting or sandblasting. Experience with prepping, grit blasting, and final painting equipment. Proficiency in using spray guns, sanding, blasting, and paint sprayers. Additional Skills & Qualifications Technical, vocational, or military training is a plus. Ability to undergo Respirator Fit and Pulmonary Function Testing. Why Work Here?
