Carpenter Details:
Temp-to-Hire position
$22.00 /hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:30am to 04:00pm)
Perform routine carpentry tasks and structural repairs (stairs, decks, fences, walls, roofs) Install flooring, ceiling tiles, cabinetry, glass, and other building components
Conduct painting, concrete work, and minor electrical fixture installations
Respond to and complete resident service requests in a timely manner
Ensure all maintenance work meets safety and quality standards
Carpenter Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in carpentry, roofing repairs, or general maintenance
Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks
Good communication skills and a commitment to quality workmanship
Applicant may be subject to a background check
Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
