Your Role: Estimator + Project Manager
Leverage your dual expertise to drive projects from bidding through deliveryand make every home a showcase of quality.

Responsibilities Include:
Review architectural drawings, specifications, and blueprints with precision.
Deliver accurate cost estimates, perform quantity takeoffs, and develop competitive bids.
Apply estimating software proficiency (e.g., Bluebeam, Planswift, On Screen Takeoff, Procore, Buildertrend). Insights from recent

Craigslist posts underscore the importance of software skills in candidate searches
Create and manage schedules, budgets, change orders, and RFIs to keep projects on track.
Lead client and subcontractor communications and coordinate site planning effectively.
Oversee project costs, timelines, and quality, ensuring every build meets our high standards.

Were Looking For
5+ years in residential or custom framing design-build estimating and project management.
Strong capability in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documentation.
Proficiency in construction estimating or management software; bonus for experience with modern estimating systems.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Dedication to proactive problem-solving and delivering high-quality, detail-oriented work.
Valid drivers license & reliable transportation.
