Overview

We are seeking hardworking and reliable Construction Laborers to join our team. As a laborer, you will play a vital role in supporting construction projects from start to finish. This position involves physical labor, working outdoors in various weather conditions, and collaborating with skilled tradespeople to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards.

Responsibilities

Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up equipment

Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment

Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision

Mix and pour concrete, dig trenches, and perform demolition tasks

Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear

Support carpenters, electricians, and other trades as needed

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the job site

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

Previous experience in construction or general labor preferred but not required

Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks

Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments

Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

OSHA certification or other safety training is a plus
