- Act as the primary liaison between the owner and all project stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and consultants.
- Manage all phases of construction projects: planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout.
- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and scopes of work.
- Handle contract negotiations and vendor selection.
- Report meeting minutes.
- Coordinate permitting, inspections, and occupancy requirements.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve conflicts, and maintain project momentum.

- PMP and NERC CIP certification (is a plus)
