About the Role:

Cliff Thorn Construction is seeking an experienced Commercial Superintendent to oversee a large private commercial project in Fife, WA. This is an immediate-hire position, the superintendent must be onsite and ready to start by Sept 15, 2025.

The Superintendent will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors, enforcing safety and quality standards, and ensuring the project stays on schedule and within scope.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise all field operations.

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and onsite labor.

Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards.

Maintain and track project schedules.

Communicate effectively with the Project Manager on progress and challenges.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Commercial Superintendent.

Proven experience managing large commercial projects.

Ability to oversee 50100 workers onsite.

Strong knowledge of reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $85K $115K DOE
