Skilled Demo, Framing & Drywall Apartment Renovation (Houston, TX)

Bran Construction, LLC is hiring experienced tradesmen skilled in demolition, wood framing, and drywall installation for an active apartment renovation project in Houston, TX. This is a hands-on role requiring a high level of craftsmanship and the ability to work efficiently in a multi-family renovation environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform selective demolition and debris removal
Wood framing for interior layout changes and rough openings
Install backing/blocking as required for MEP trades
Hang, tape, float, and finish drywall to a clean paint-ready surface
Work alongside project lead to maintain efficient renovation schedule
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional worksite

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in demolition, framing, and/or drywall installation
Must have own tools and reliable transportation
Ability to read and follow instructions from the site lead
Comfortable working in occupied units and multi-family environments
Able to lift 50+ lbs, work on ladders, and navigate tight spaces
Strong work ethic, punctual, and detail-oriented

Nice to Have:

Multi-family / apartment rehab experience
