Skilled Laborer

Note: The hourly rate for this position is $18 - $19 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• Perform manual construction labor.
• Assist, support and follow directions given.
• May be required to carry and clean various materials as directed.
• May be required to shovel or rake materials.
• Take out shoring posts and frames to stack.
• Must be safety minded and adhere to all safety policies.
• Lifts, carries and holds building materials, tool and supplies.
• Operate power tools (drills, saws, and power screwdrivers).
• Cleans tools, materials and work areas.

Qualifications:

• Ability to handle physical workload by lifting and/or carrying objects up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Must have 2 years of construction experience
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to start immediately
• Ability to bend and/or stoop and work outside
• Good verbal and written communication
• Active listening
