We'll provide the paint and materials, but you must bring the expertise and all the necessary tools to get the job done right. Project Details: Scope of Work: The project involves preparing and painting the entire exterior of an approximately 400 sq. ft. building, as well as the sidewalks surrounding it. Prep Work: You must pressure wash the entire exterior of the building and the sidewalks, and meticulously scrape all existing, old, and flaking paint from the building to ensure a clean, smooth surface for a perfect finish. Timeline: The entire project must be completed within two days. Your Responsibilities: Tools & Equipment: You must provide all of your own professional tools and equipment, including a pressure washer, ladders, scaffolding (if needed), brushes, rollers, scrapers, and any other tools required to complete the job efficiently and to a high standard.
