Multiple Handyman / Jack of all trades, Painters needed ASAP (Woodbridge) compensation: mutually agreed hourly / daily rate Property Management company needs MULTIPLE handyman to handle various jobs for lots of commercial and residential properties. - Repetitive projects so there is steady work through out the year. - We cover all materials on each project. - We are in search for multiple techs, crews who can start working immediately. - General knowledge of repairs and maintenance. - You must have smart phone and reliable transportation. - Valid drivers license. - Power and manual tools Need someone who is: - Detailed / Tidy - Hard working - Good attitude - Sober (no smoking, drinking, etc on site) - Reliable - NO heavy lifting involved. - Work as many hours you need per day, per week. All skills not required, but more skills gives you more tasks / more work to be engaged for more days per week, longer duration throughout the year. Work description per location will vary. You must have some skill sets listed below. - General Handyman / Maintenance Skills - Basic plumbing (clogged pipes, leaks, replace fixtures Faucet, sink, angle stops, replace vanity, water heater replacement) - Basic electrical (changing outlets, light fixtures, GFI, switches, ceiling fans), troubleshooting if outlet does not work). - Carpentry window & door installation, trim & finish work - Painting, Drywall repairs, texture repairs - Vinyl, ceramic flooring installation. - Deck repair (power washing and staining deck, replace dry rot wood, painting). - Bathroom remodel finishing (paint touch up, hang mirror and cabinet). - Pressure washing (driveway, stairs, house siding). - Window repairs install screens. - Carpet cleaning - Carpet installation - HVAC - Fencing - Junk/Trash removal, Trash Outs If this sounds like something you are interested in and can handle, please respond with: 1.
