We're looking for a reliable maintenance contractor to respond to tenant maintenance requests across our portfolio. Typical tasks include: Basic plumbing (e.g. clogged sinks, toilet issues) Electrical (e.g. non-working outlets) Light drywall repair and patching Interior painting General handyman work Pay: $300 full day (8 hours) $150 half day (4 hours) This is a 1099 contractor position.
