What Will You Do?

As our Field Supervisor Technician, you will be instrumental in delivering top-notch maintenance cleaning services, working on some of the most prestigious commercial facilities in the nation. Here's a glimpse into your daily responsibilities:

  • Master the art of cleaning and restoring various surfaces: carpet, upholstery, stone, metal, tile, grout, vinyl, wood, concrete, and more.
  • Collaborate with the Shift and Crew Leaders, utilizing SOLID's state-of-the-art equipment and methods.
  • Ensure all equipment, vehicles, and workspaces are tidy and well-maintained.
  • Comply with all safety guidelines and equipment operating procedures.
  • Be open to travel, both for client jobs and training events.

Requirements Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Execute weekly and monthly operations plans aligned with scope of work (SOW), contractual obligations, and emergency response needs.
  • Supervise, coach, and train field employees to ensure consistent knowledge, execution, and adherence to SOLID methods.
  • Travel to job sites to manage logistics, prepare sites for efficiency, and oversee complex projects.
  • Conduct pre- and post-service walk-throughs to verify quality standards, capture detailed site observations, and document findings in ERP systems.
  • Perform nightly job inspections, ensuring safety and compliance with OSHA and company standards.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring a 30-day product supply and adequate spare parts to minimize downtime.
  • Handle customer interactions, addressing complaints, resolving conflicts, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Document nightly closeout reports including employee hours, materials used, and site-specific details.
  • Participate in SOP process meetings to evaluate service levels, performance, and schedule adherence.
  • Assist HR in interviewing and selecting talent; provide weekly coaching and performance feedback for technicians.
  • Oversee warehouse organization, inventory accuracy, and proper labeling and handling of chemicals onsite and in-office.
  • Lead by example, motivating and inspiring field technicians through strong leadership and accountability.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum 2 years of managerial experience, preferably in field operations, maintenance, or cleaning services.
  • Strong background in operations scheduling and field workforce management.
  • Proven ability to research, analyze, and troubleshoot across multiple systems and tools.
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) across all organizational levels; bilingual proficiency is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of safety standards, regulatory compliance, and OSHA requirements.
  • English language proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
