Maintenance man/ Handyman

We need a handyman/maintenance guy. He needs to be a jack of all trades, capable of doing a little of everything. Example carpentry, electrical, plumbing, drywall, etc. We work from Monday to Friday - 8 am - 5 pm with a 1 hour lunch. Salary negotiable.
